Chromagun Review

I have recently been flooded with keys from developers, The first was Unexplored and the latest was Zombie City Defense. The next review is for Chromagun, a paintball action adventure.

Just like my other Reviews i'll be splitting this up into 3 categories:

Story

Gameplay

Other Features

Story

You took a job at Chromatec because you needed money. A voice leads you through the levels telling you about the worker bots, who sometimes attack you. I won't spoil the rest but this is the basic story of Chromagun.

8/10 Simple but sets the stage for the game.

Gameplay

The game is focused about colors, if you mix a certain color with another you have this color. While this can be confusing at times it keeps you thinking and making you conscious on what colors to mix.

In order to complete the level you need to move the worker bots out of the way with colors. Painting them yellow for example to match the wall will cause them to move to the yellow wall.

However if you choose the wrong color the bots will attack you and follow you right to the end of the level.

9/10 Trains your mind and helps you learn colors.

Other Features

The game doesn't boast any extra features as it is a level game however the voice acting does create some humorous moments

4/10 no extra features but good voice acting.

Overall

8/10
9/10
4/10

= 21/30

A good game but needs more levels as the achievements can be obtained easily.

The Tribe Review

Sometimes the PC get mobile endless runners appearing on steam but sometimes they can be good.

However we are yet to experience them.

Here is my review for The Tribe, an interesting endless runner which may or may not be PC worthy.

I got the key from Stas Shostak, the publisher of this game.

So just like my other Reviews i'll be splitting this up into 3 categories:

Story

Gameplay

Other Features

Story

This game does a good job of telling its story but it's a simple one. They are running away from their home to make it past the big mountain. That's it.

5/10 The story is basic and boring

Gameplay

So the basic concept of the game is to run endlessly while dodging animals and struggling to keep your tribe alive.

2/10 repetitive gameplay

Other Features

None, there are no extra features...

0/10 no extra features.

Overall

5/10
2/10
0/10

= 7/30

It would be fun to play on the go but steam is not the place for this 'game'

5 Games Still To Come In 2016

2016 is nearly gone but we still have a ton of games to be released! Here's our top list of the 5 games still to come in 2016.

5. Mafia 3

The Mafia series has been around since 2010 now and 6 years later the franchise is getting a third installment.

4. Watch Dogs 2

Watch Dogs was a GTA like action game released 2 years ago. Fast foward to now and we have the sequel, 2 months to go!

3. Civilization VI

Ever wanted to rule a country? Well Civ is the game for you. With the wildly popular Civ V it would have been strange not to make a sixth installment.

2. Final Fantasy XV

The longest running game franchise just got another installment. With the realistic graphics and exciting combat the delay from September to November will be worth it.

1. Battlefield 1

Battlefield 1 has taken the world by storm (even Call Of Duty fans). The series goes back to its original roots of World War 2, something fans have been craving after the disappointing Hardline.

That was our list of top 5 games still to come in 2016, did we miss one? Let us know in the comments.

How To Fix The Hello Games Logo Crash

If you were like me and had the notorious Hello Games logo crash you were pretty frustrated.

Yesterday They opened a private beta. which allowed you to play No Man's Sky, this worked for me.

Here's how to get it (on steam).

First up you need to go to your library and click No Man's Sky and right click. Click on properties and go to the beta tab. Type in the code 3xperimental and click check code. It then should start downloading.

Click play and you're done!

Enjoy No Man's Sky ;)
